1 OR 2 SALMON FILETS
4 MUSHROOMS
1 SMALL YELLOW ONION
4 GARLIC CLOVES
1 tbsp LEMON JUICE
1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
1/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM
1 SCOOP COLLAGEN
1/2 BAG SPINACH
SALT & PEPPER
Season your salmon patty, start with a cast iron skillet and fry the salmon skin side down. until the skin is crispy and the salmon is cooked half way through. Remove the salmon and set aside. (I removed the skin as a snack since you don't need it for the recipe.)
In the same pan brown mushrooms and onions, add garlic and stir till fragrant. De glaze with lemon juice. Add the wine, heavy cream, collagen then put the salmon back into the pan. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Top with spinach, put the lid on and let simmer on low for about 4 to 5 minutes.
