PORK AND CHIVE DUMPLINGS

8 oz ground pork
1 tsp ginger
1 egg
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 scoop collagen

Thoroughly mix all of the above ingredients. Using a wonton wrapper wet around the edges with water. Spoon a small portion of the filling into the center of the wrapper and carefully pinch around the filling then pinch it all together in the center.
Add vegetable to a pan, fry the bottoms of the dumplings on medium heat until they are golden brown. Carefully add water to the pan, just cover about 1/3 of the way up the dumplings. Add a lid and cook on medium/low for 6 to 8 minutes to steam. Serve with a dumpling sauce to dip.

We garnished with a sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning.
