1 LB GROUND BEEF OR POULTRY
1 SMALL WHITE ONION
3 TO 5 CLOVES OF GARLIC
1/2 CUP PARMESAN
½ CUP MOZZARELLA
½ PACKAGE OF OVEN READY LASAGNA NOODLES (ABOUT 5 OZ UNCOOKED)
3 TBSP ITALIAN SEASONING
15 OZ TOMATO SAUCE
RICOTTA CHEESE
PARSLEY

Saute the onion until translucent then add the ground beef. Once the meat is mostly browned you can press in the garlic and add the italian seasoning and the tomato sauce. Fill the empty tomato sauce can with water and add it to the pan. Break up the lasagna noodles and stir so they are fully covered. Add 3 scoops of Nutra Collagen then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Stir in the grated cheese until it melts then add in a few dollops of the ricotta. Garnish with parsley.
