1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup corn starch
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 scoops collagen

whisk together dry ingredients, then slowly whisk in the milk. On medium heat stir the mixture until it becomes thick. remove from heat and add the vanilla then pour into individual cups. refrigerate overnight. top with a marshmallow then using a kitchen blow torch toast the marshmallow before serving.
