2 apples
1/8 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corn starch
2 heaping scoops of collagen
1 tbsp cinnamon (or more to taste)
Peel and chop the apples, mix with the above ingredients then pour into a greased or non stick baking dish.
In a second bowl combine:
1/8 cup melted butter
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup flour
2 tbsp brown sugar
cinnamon to taste
Stir and gently press togethr then crumble on top of the apples.
Bake 400° 30 minutes. (check to make sure the apples are fork tender. you can add tinfoil to the top and bake longer if you are worried about the top getting too brown.)
