10 TO 12 BISCOFF COOKIES
8 OZ SOUR CHERRIES IN SYRUP
1 CAN SWEETNED CONDNSED MILK

WHIP THE CREAM WITH THE COLLAGEN, FOLD IN THE MILK AND A SMALL BIT OF THE CRUSHED CHERRIES. CRUMBLE IN THE COOKIES AND LAYER INTO A FREEZER SAFE PAN DRIZLING MORE CHERRIES IN BETWEENT THE 2 LAYERS. FREEZE OVERNIGHT AND GARNISH WITH A FEW COOKIES.
