
🍚 Greek-ish Tomato Collagen Rice (Instant Pot Method)
Featuring Nutra Collagen Tomato Flavor
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup jasmine or basmati rice (rinsed)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- Salt + black pepper to taste
- 1 scoop Nutra Collagen Tomato Flavor
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Serving suggestions:
Grilled chicken, fresh red onion, tzatziki
Instructions:
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil and onions. Cook until golden and softened.
Add garlic, lemon juice, and rice. Season with salt and pepper.
Let rice toast for 1–2 minutes, then add water and stir.
Lock lid. Cook on High Pressure for 6 minutes.
Turn off the pot and let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then open.
Stir in chopped parsley and 1 scoop of Nutra Collagen Tomato Flavor until fully dissolved.
Serve with your protein of choice — I recommend grilled chicken, sliced red onion, and tzatziki.
