
Ingredients:
- 1.5 CUPS PITTED CHERRIES
- 2 TBSP CORN STARCH
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR.
- 1 SCOOP COLLAGEN
- 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 1 PIE CRUST
- 1 EGG
Defrost the pie crust and lay flat on a parchment lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl combine the cherries with the corn starch, collagen and lemon juice and sugar. (save a tbsp for dusting the crust)
Pour the filling into the center of the dough leaving a 2 in edge. Carefully fold the edges in then apply and egg wash and sugar.
Bake per dough instructions. Te enusre the dough is baked all the way through add tinfoil to the edges of the crust for the first 20 minutes or so in the oven.
