LEMON PIE

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 14OZ CANS OF CONDENSED MILK
  • 3 EGG YOLKS
  • 1 CUP LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TO 2 SCOOPS OF COLLAGEN
  • 2 TBSP LEMON ZEST


Mix all the ingredients thoroughly while the crust is par baking.

Par bake the pie crust half way per package instructions then add the filling and finish baking. The center will be firm on the outside and sightly jiggly in the center.

For the garnish, heat sugar in a frying pan with slices of lemon until its caramelized.

Bake at 350° or until the pie sets.
