3 CARROTS
6 SMALL POTATOES
1 CELERY STALK
1 SMALL YELLOW ONION
1/2 TBSP EACH GARLIC POWDER, ITALIAN SEASONING AND SALT
3 TBSP FLOUR WITH 9 TBSP WATER (SLURRY)

Start with an instant pot on sauté and drizzle a bit of oil in the pan. add in diced onion first and let them cook a few minutes. next pop in come diced celery. Whie those are cooking cut 3 or 4 carrots into 1/4 in disks and 5 or 6 potatoes into small bite size cubes. once the onions are tender add in the ground turkey, salt garlic powder and a bit of Italian seasoning. let that cook until the turkey is browned completely. try not to break up the meat too much. Add just enough water to cover the meat then put in the carrot and potato. cook on high pressure for 8 minutes and release the steam manually. add 3 scoops of the collagen then a flour slurry to thicken the sauce. salt and pepper to taste. enjoy with your favorite crusty bread to sop up all that delicious gravy.
