MATCHA SHORT BREAD COOKIES

2/3 cup butter (room temp)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour (minus 1 scoops replaced with the collagen)
1 to 2 tbsp matcha powder.

In one bowl beat the softened butter with vanilla and powdered sugar.
In a second bowl mix the collagen, matcha and flour.

Combine the 2 bowls and mix thoroughly. roll into a log and refrigerate for an hour to overnight.

Slice into 1/4 in disks and bake at 355° for about 15 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and cool on a rack.
