- 2 cups uncooked rigatoni
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 packet NutraCollagen Multi Collagen
- Cook noodles per package. Save a bit of the water in case you need to thin the sauce.
- In a large saucepan heat pesto with 1 pack of Multi Collagen and mix. It will melt in easily.
- Add cooked noodles and mozzarella and stir thoroughly. Garnish with basil and parmesan shreds…and enjoy!
