Ingredients:
- 1 CAN WHITE BEANS
- 1 CUP CORN
- 1 SM YELLOW ONION
- 2 TBSP SRIRACHA (TO TASTE)
- 1 LIME
- 2 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
- 2 CUPS DICED CHICKEN OR TURKEY
- 2 TBSP CHILI POWDER
- 1/3 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 CUP SHREDDED WHITE CHEESE
- 4 TBSP TACO SEASONING
- 3 SCOOPS MULTI COLLAGEN POWDER
Insctructions:
Saute the onion in olive oil until translucent.
Press in garlic, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add in corn, lime juice, chili powder and taco seasoning.
Add in hot sauce or pepper puree (optional)
Add canned beans with juice and enough water or chicken stock to just cover the beans.
Simmer on low for 10 minutes then add in the sour cream and cheese.
Add 3 to 4 scoops of collagen.
Garnish with onions and cheese like a regular chili.
