3 AVOCADOS
1 JALAPENO
1 GARLIC CLOVE
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
2 TBSP LIME JUICE
CILANTRO BUNCH
1/4 CUP HALF N HALF (ADD MORE TO THIN SAUCE AS NEEDED)
SALT & PEPPER
3/4 SCOOP COLLAGEN

Blend together and store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.

AHI TUNA
OLIVE OIL
PANKO
EVERYTHING BUT THE BAGEL SEASONING

Slice the tuna in half, coat with oil then cover in panko and seasoning. Fry in vegetable oil.

Serve over rice.
