
Quick Egg Drop Soup (serves 1–2)
- 2 green onions, whites + greens separated
- 2 cups water
- 1 scoop Nutra Collagen Mushroom Bone Broth Collagen
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (slurry)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Chop the green onions. In a saucepan, sauté the whites in sesame oil for 30 seconds. Add water, collagen, and soy sauce. Stir in the cornstarch slurry until the soup thickens. Slowly drizzle in the beaten egg while stirring to make the ribbons. Garnish with the green onion tops and serve hot.
