CHAI ORANGE MUFFINS

Wet Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup almond milk
juice from an orange (1/8th cup)
zest from 1 orange
2 scoops collagen

Dry Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch salt

combine the 2 parts, wet and dry separatly with a whisk them fold them together until just mixed.
Pour into cupcake molds and bake at 350° for 22 min

* for extra texture add a bit of sanding sugar or raw sugar on top before putting in the oven.
