CABBAGE CASSEROL

1 SAVOY CABBAGE
1 YELLOW ONION
1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM
1/3 CUP MAYO
8 OZ SHREDDED CHEDDAR
1 CUP PANKO
1 STICK OF BUTTER (1/3 FOR THE PANKO)
2 SCOOPS BONE BROTH COLLAGEN
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

In a large pan saute onion until it's tender with 2/3rds of the butter then add the cabbage and continue to cook until the cabbage is soft. Add the cream of mushroom and mayo, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a baking dish and top with the cheese.
In a separate bowl melt the rest of the butter and mix in the panko. Spread the panko on top of the casserole and bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until the crust starts to brown and the cheese is melted.
