1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
1/3 CUP MAYO
3 STRIPS BACON
6 OZ GRUYERE
2 GREEN ONIONS
BONE BROTH COLLAGEN
Dice the bacon and cook in the air fryer until just slightly crispy.
Slice and caramelize the 2 yellow onions in the olive oil. Remember slow and low is the key here. At the end, add a small amount of water to the onions and 2 scoops of bone broth collagen. Let the onion simmer to reduce the liquid.
Grate the cheese and dice the green onion.
Mix all the ingredients and put into an oven safe dish.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
