1 CUP FLOUR
1/2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
2 TBSP SUGAR
4 TBSP COLD BUTTER
6 CHOPPED STRAWBERRIES
1/3 CUP WHOLE MILK
1 OR 2 SCOOPS OF COLLAGEN
Whisk sugar, flour and baking powder and collagen in a bowl then add cubbed cold butter. Cut it in until the mix is crumbly.
Stir in the milk then add the strawberries.
Mix everything together (add extra flour as needed if the strawveries are extra juicy. the dough will be sticky)
Form into a circle on the parchment paper then cut into 4 to 6 pieces.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. (clean toothpick, but the strawverries keeps these moist.)
