Spice up your breakfast with this immune-boosting (and delicious) collagen banana toast recipe. With such common ingredients, many of you are likely to be able to make this for breakfast without even stopping at the grocery store!
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 slices of bread
- peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- honey (to taste)
- fresh fruit (of your choice)

Directions
- In a frying pan add 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 single serve packet vanilla flavor immune maximizer+ collagen.
- Stir carefully and add in your bananas. The mixture will bubble a bit and form a delicious caramel sauce over the bananas.
- Spread peanut butter on your favorite bread and top with the bananas and sauce.
- Add a drizzle of honey. Serve with some fresh fruit.
