1 CUP FLOUR
1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/4 TSP SALT
1 TSP CINNAMON
1/4 CUP COLLAGEN
Mix these ingredients into a large bowl and set aside.
1/2 CUP MELTED BUTTER
1 EGG
1 TBSP HONEY
1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1 1/2 TSP VANILLA
Mix these into a smaller bowl then combine with the dry ingredients in the first bowl. Once they are thoroughly mixed go to the next step.
1 1/2 CUP OATS
1 CUP RAISINS
Mix these in then refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Using a scoop, place dough balls onto baking sheet and cook at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
(oven temps vary so we suggest starting to check on your cookies at 10 minutes then go from there.)
